STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Tourist RV Ltd. – Standard Terms and Conditions for Products and Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by Tourist RV Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) to its customers (“Client”, “you”). By purchasing from or engaging with Tourist RV Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms.


  1. Applicability: All sales, quotes, and invoices issued by Tourist RV Ltd. are governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in written form signed by both parties. Any client-provided purchase order terms are not applicable unless formally accepted by the Company.
  2. Payment Terms：Full payment is due within 14 (fourteen) working days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing. Overdue balances will incur interest at 2% per month (compounded monthly) or the maximum rate permitted by Ontario law, whichever is lower. Tourist RV Ltd. reserves the right to withhold delivery, suspend services, or refuse future sales until payment is made in full.
  3. Late Payments and Collections：If payment is not received within 45 (forty-five) calendar days of the invoice due date, the Company may engage third-party collection agencies or initiate legal proceedings. The Client shall be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and administrative fees related to the collection process.
  4. Taxes & Fees：Clients are fully responsible for all applicable sales taxes, duties, tariffs, environmental fees, and regulatory levies under federal, provincial, or municipal laws. Tourist RV Ltd. will add relevant tax rates to all invoices as required.
  5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability：Tourist RV Ltd. warrants that its products or services conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts, at the sole discretion of the Company.We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party claims, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.
  6. Claims & Complaints：
  7. Any claim, complaint, or request for refund or return must be submitted in writing within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery or service completion.
